Take the same panel back and use the left panel this time, which will bring to a room with yet another panel in the bottom right corner, which you should obviously take on account of the fact it’s the only one left. Beat the grunt and take the right panel to bring you to a storage room where you can get the TM for Scald. Go up yet another flight of stairs and you’ll reach a room with a Galactic grunt and two warp panels. From here, go all the way to the right of the room and head up the next set of stairs.
